Hi, although i have taken them apart I have never replaced that gasket, but...

If I had to i would use a some silicon sheet material (the stuff looks like almost the exact as used in of old gel drying apparatus for polyacrylamide sds gels in the biochem lab). Better temp resistance than butyl rubber of an inner tube.
