Does anyone have a procedure for replacing the headlight adjustment screws? And adjusting them properly?

Looks like mine on my recently broken headlight are so brittle they need to be replaced. I found nothing helpful in the Bentley manual. Does anyone have a link to a site that has instructions for removing and/or replacing them (preferably with photos?)

Thanks to all who helped with my request for a good used passenger side headlight lens for my 1989 vanagon. I found one locally at a recycle yard referred to it by a local vanagon list member.

I need to learn not to bump into shopping carts at the supermarket. The cost of this mistake is passing the $60 mark. But I did have the good sense to order some oil filters from bus Depot who has the headlight adjustment screws at a great price (under $5 each.) [The dealer wants $6, $10, and $11 for the 3 of them, and $150 for the lens.]

For now the adjustment screw replacement is my next project. And adjusting the headlights.

All help, referral to useful links, and advice appreciated.

William
