Because I don't want to spend the next 20 years of my life to design one. The army has tried that. And Honda has some low frequency cancellation system in some of their models, if I remember right. I've never seen anything aftermarket. Do you know a source? This is pretty difficult. You'd need multiple microphones, lot's of speakers and serious computing power to do the adaptive digital signal processing. Well maybe I start by putting a computer into my Westy :-)
