I have been downstream of storm drains after heavy rainfalls. The oil slick is very visible from what is washed off of the roads. One of the reasons I fix drips when I find them. 1 drip per mile for 500 vehicles is a significant amount of oil going into the systems. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• jimt Planned insanity is best.
