I use the plastic leveling blocks in a cute bag. I also own a bunch of 2x6 blocks but prefer the plastic ones simply because they come with a bag that they fit in which helps me keep my Westy's interior clean, and it's just a tidier unit to work with than a bunch of pieces of wood.

I have been tempted, though, to find some nice scissors jacks to level the Westy with.
