Good heavy side wall tire. This is where it starts and stops. Terrible in the rain. Terrible if you get caught in a dribble of snow. Terrible wear characteristics Short life span. And is possibly the most, chassis pounding, bone jarring tire available. Other than all this, if your looking for a cheap, short winded, hard riding, no traction tire, this is the way to go.
