But Al's parts car is already missing them!! And for the same reason. Actually, you probably don't need the sheriff for any report anyway. If no other driver was involved, it should be a comp claim. Act of nature, like hail. The deer don't usually carry collision insurance. When I hit a deer in 2003, it was too far from home and I was too shook up to figure out how to load a bloody 200 lb deer. I have hunter friends that would have liked it. In Iowa, you have to get a law enforcement officer to tag it before you can legally have it in your possession. Maybe Bubba and Joe Bob don't need one in their state. (I'd sure like to send them some of our deer- I see more here than in Minnesota!) Al Brase
