Some thick insulation under the carpets makes a big difference ! But donīt forget the battery/lugage area under the front seats, you have just a thin metal between the chair and the wheels ! You could also glue something to the inside of the front, really thin soundproofing there which you could hear when hitting a bug ( an insect, not the car !!) or a bumblebee I was driving without the cover for the Eberspracher heater for a while and that also made a big difference, seems like the crossbeams make a lot of turbulence so adding a couple of "skidplates" underneath might be a good idea if you donīt have it
