Thanks to all who were able to provide Handy Hintz to me about this!

It doesn't appear to be much of a job at all to install the unit, and I
reckon the vacuum assist canister is not needed.

You want to attach to the throttle cable location at the throttle lever.  It should be easy to hook up.
