Subject: Re: Want an Easy Rear Light Upgrade? Bulbs Available
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I had been running these 50w bulbs for about a year-and-a-half...bought them from Terry...and also am running the headlight relay that he sells.

The plastic around my running lights that are on constantly started to melt, bubble, and deform.

I caught it before it got too bad, and now only run the 50w bulbs in the turn signal and reverse slots. I would definitely be interested in the 35w bulbs, that Mark Drillock mentioned, for the brake light slots which i think would contrast the 21w bulbs nicely.

I asked the seller of the 50w bulbs if he had ever seen this before, and he said "never".

YMMV i guess...
