yes, just slides straight back parallel to the ground, be careful to pull each side evenly as it is plastic mounted on some groves and could break if the action is too uneven

when they haven't been removed in a long time, they are somewhat stuck

grooves they ride on are at the top before it starts to "v" inward, pull along the short parts of the sides that are vertical, not slanted

I pulled these on and off quite a few times
