About to (finally) change my diesel fuel filter on my 83 1.6 and I was wondering if there is anything I should know before doing it. I figure I should do it in the AM when the van has been sitting for a while (not sure why I feel this way but it doesnıt seem like a bad idea). Iım mainly wondering if there is a tolerance for the amount I should tighten it on (can I overtighten it?) and is there any specific tool for the job or just a standard oil filter wrench. Thanks Dave |
