If your just taking it off the road for a few months I think your fine just leaving the gas as is. depending on the area you live in I think the biggest problems can be dampness and mice. Mechanically I think a few months off the road isn't a big deal.

Hi all,

I am going to be putting the Time Machine (85 Westy) into storage for the winter.

Aside from removing the battery and changing the oil and coolant what else should I do? Should I add some Sta-Bil or something like it to the gas?

Thanks! Jeff
