Tim,

No, but it sounds like an intriguing concept, and one in which I can use my meager publishing skills. If I can get a few folks to cooperate, I could do it.

Problem is, it's gonna be like the blind men and the elephant; everyone will have a different idea of what the finished product should look like and what its scope should be. I've already got an idea of what it'll look like if I get my way, and you probably do, too.
