John,
We use the Coleman ProCat? heater. The one with the fan in it.
It works great to warm up the interior before bedtime and in the
morning when you don't want to get out of your bag.
You only need 6 sq. inches of ventilation but we don't sleep with it on.
Paid about $70 for it, worth every penny to my wife.
