The A4 cluster fits just onto the front edge of the dashboard and in fornt of the reservoir. I first had the A4, now the white-scaled A6 cluster in my Vanagon. Pictures (now with another cover, but no photos of it yet): http://www.vwbus-online.de/feussner/DSCS0001.JPG http://www.vwbus-online.de/feussner/DSCS0002.JPG http://www.vwbus-online.de/feussner/DSCS0003.JPG http://www.vwbus-online.de/feussner/DSCS0004.JPG The two screwholes on the lower edge of the cluster now fit right behind the grey upholstery after cutting away the sheet metal behind it.
Oh, by the way: Any germans or importers here (David?) that want to get my whole Audi V6 30V conversion? I think I will upgrade to the 132kw V6 Tdi (with tiptronic) and need to get some funds back from my "old" engine. Kits includes: engine 2.8 (47.000km) and all necessery parts to get it running, transmission adapter, transmission, exhaust system, A4 cluster, immo system, all my papers, , harnesses, manuals and other info (quite a complete map) etc etc.
