I have found this to vary quite a bit. For example on one table I am looking the fully charged at for 80 degrees F. why that temp I donΉt know but that is what the tables are zeroed for. A low maint battery assumes a 12.65 full charge Certain open top lead acid assume 12.85 full charge Some gas mat and gel batteries are considered charged at 12.3 volts. http://www.uuhome.de/william.darden/index.htm This is a good info site on batteries with links to a lot more.
