Jeff Remove the speedometer, break away "rotted" plastic, place face down on wax paper. Make and place plasticine plugs ( rod shaped the size of mounting screws) where the mounting holes will be. Mix up some 30 min epoxy and rebuild your mounting lugs This may take several small batches to build it up. helps it you make plasticine dams to form an outer edge mould for the "ears".
