Eric,

The parts are readily available from list vendors. Some of the material is covered in the Bentley manual. In looking to find out how to replace the rear wheel cylinder, I have accumulated a substantial amount of material about the rear brake job in several .txt files. I have not edited these or pulled them together. As best I can tell, this is a job that has not been described in detail on anyone's website complete with pictures yet.

But I have attached a zip file containing the files I have pulled from the archives and the net plus a few posts that I got last weekend in response to my question - again this is mostly rear brake job material, but some is about the front and some about bleeding which is the final step.

I did find one file on my hard drive that gives a brief step by step guide to all the various aspects of brake repair. It is rather cursory, but useful.

Hope these will help.

Also make sure you get the right parts for your brakes. Changes were made beginning in 86 IIRC. The list vendors should sell you the right parts, as should most other sources. A couple of files on the differences are included.

(Attachment will be stripped by gerry on the cc to the list.)

Sam
