After returning from a weekend trip, I noticed the bus taking a really
long time to warm up. Sometimes running very cold (almost into the
white) on the highway after an hour's drive. Later, in stop-and-go
traffic, it goes back to its normal slightly-hot operation. The needle
is two needle-widths to the hot side of the center. I thought this
might have something to do with temps around here finally dropping
into the high 70s out of the low 90s, but now I am thinking a funky
thermostat. It also seems to be idling really high.

Any ideas?
