Subject: Low Brake Pedal

On my 85 Wolfie Auto, the brake pedal seems low. I have changed the fluid and adjusted the rear brakes, bled all the calipers/cylinders. It stops fine, but it just seems that I have to move the pedal down quite a bit more than either of the other Vanagons I have owned before the brakes "catch". None of the above maintenace items changed the low pedal at all.

Is their an adjustment for the master cylinder shaft, and if there is, how do you do it?

Thanks
