Depending on mfr specs and temperature and type of battery. I have found
this to vary quite a bit.  For example on one table I am looking the fully
charged at for 80 degrees F.  why that temp I donΉt know but that is what
the tables are zeroed for.
A low maint battery assumes a 12.65 full charge
Certain open top lead acid assume 12.85 full charge
Some gas mat and gel batteries are considered charged at 12.3 volts.
