I was going to make the same suggestion: Put the 3 way switch facing into the fridge cabinet wall under the sink, not too difficult. But then I remembered that one still has to gain access to the propane on/off/temp switch and the propane safety by-pass switch (when first lighting), and this would be harder to relocate. M
