Hey All,
I am going to have to part with my 89 vanagon carat. It's burgundy with
all the carat stuff.. jump seats.. molding.. table.. rims ect ect..
I am just going to list the major points about the van.. if interested
pmail me and i can send pics or give more detailed info...
Van is not rusty at all.. super minor seam rust on drivers side that i
have addressed and stopped. few dings here and there worst one is under
the front windshield but i have a replacement panel for it... interior
is super clean... van has 170,000 with about 5,000 on the new engine.
new 2.1 liter vw factory engine with a ton of new stuff bolted to the
engine when i put it in.. like engine mounts water pump, oil cooler
ect. ect.
all new coolant hoses in engine bay area
new fuel line
rebuilt flow balanced injectors
used auto tranny with new engine/plus an extra working auto trans
new torque converter with seal and other seals on trans...
new drive shafts
new bridgestone dueler a/t tires with four wheel alignment 500 miles on
them.
completely rebuild front end including all bushings, shocks, tie
rods,ball joints stuff like that.
new rear heater core and blower
one year old air conditioning compressor
new fuel filter
new blaupunkt speakers
cd player
s & s exhaust
I am sure there is a ton of other stuff i have forgotten.. i have all
receipts for everything i have done.
Also comes with a bunch of spare parts and a spare rebuild-able 2.1
liter engine with all parts that bolt on including intakes and stuff
like that.
5,800 dollars.
