All,
Thanks to everyone for putting up with my insanity and foibles.
Turns out the ignition module (or that's what it looks like) wasn't plugged in all the way.when I checked its connection, it came apart VERY easily.when putting back together, it clicked back into place.
I am thinking, it probably happened a month or so ago when I had the engine tilted down to pull out the tranny.ouch!
In any case.it only ended up costing me a new rotor (I had previously bought a new one, but they gave me one with bad resistance.or at least WRONG.) and a new fuel filter.but those things needed replacing anyway.wow less than 10 bucks and I am back on the road.I love this vehicle.in spite of all the love it needs ;-)
