Well
I had to raise my rear deck when doing the Volvo I4 conversion too, and I
regard this as the one and only drawback - but a BIG one !
What I have is a regular Kombi with a foldable Reimo queensize bed and after
the deck was raised I´m no longer able to sit in the bed, just lay down :-(
OK, this is the original purpouse of a bed but I really could do without the
pain from knocking my head into the ceiling when I get up in the morning
It also changed the jump height into the rear of the bus from difficult to
impossible for my dog..........
