My TriStar Syncro is always reading full, when I unplug the electrical connector from the sender on the side of the tank the gauge goes down. So I assume this is one of two things. The float is stuck to the top of the tank or the sender is now faulty. Any suggestions on what I should do next? How much of a job is it to re and re a fuel gauge sender on the Syncro? Any gotchas with this job?
