I bought one of those for $25 in 1975, but never camped in it because I never figured out how to get a hitch on the Opel Kadette wagon that I was driving at the time. Pretty cool, though. sold it for $50 a few months later. What an investment. I think I'll keep my westy, though. The Apache doesn't seem to quite replace it. In fact, what does it have that a vanagon with folding rear seat doesn't have (well, if it had a cool side tent like the one in the picture)?
