Hi Roger,

The official Ontario Road map is available in PDF format here:

I also like the mapart road atlas of Ontario, it has a very good level of
detail regarding secondary roads, but it isn't free.

Outside of Ontario I rely on provincial road maps and the Walmart edition of
the Rand McNally's road Atlas.
