Scat!! .........Common Alaska four letter word.

As in three Alaska hunting buddies out hunting together - an Indian, an
Eskimo, and an old Sourdough (usually an old white guy- but not always -
that went to Alaska and never had enough dough to leave) They came upon
a steamy puzzlement on the ground in the middle of a logging trail.

Indian got down on hands an knees , took a very close look and
pronounced - . "Look like bear scat!".

Eskimo fella did the same. Putting his nose very close, he took a deep
sniff, coughed violently and pronounced "Ummph! Smell like bear scat"

Old Sourdough fella bent over, pushed his finger into the puzzlement on
the ground. Raising up, he stuck his coated finger into his mouth, made
a foul face and pronounced "IS bear scat!!"
