The maximum resolution for my laptop is 1024 x 768. When I try to load the ETKA, I receive a message stating I need 1280 x something to load ETKA. I used to have it loaded on a desktop and I had the scroll bars, which I don't mind.

Anyone know how to get around this?

This one should be easy. Go to the control panel in Windows and set the display for 1280 by x. VPC will generate a virtual screen for you to view at the screen resolution with scroll bars. You should have had to do this to install the program.
