Would you be warming up the feed lines or a holding tank? Using coolant to warm it would need about 10 to 20 minutes of operation depending on time of year for you.

A standard oil temp sender in a brass fitting put in line should work for that job as you are before the injector pump (low pressure side) but you would need the warm oil to be going past that point to be read.
