http://www.stayonline.com/inverters/3780.asp Have my eye on this to power the laptop, charge cell phone, watch DVD's on laptop, etc. It would be connected to my auxiliary Optima Yellow Top deep cycle. I would replace the alligator clips that come with the unit with eyelet connectors to connect it permanently to the Optima. It's a 300w pure sine wave inverter, which is exactly what I want. I can't tell from the photo, however, whether this unit has an "off" switch - I don't want the fan to be running constantly if I'm trying to sleep. Any opinions would be welcome. I'm not connected with either the Web site or the manufacturer. Chris Paquette '88 Westy |
