we have 4 vanagons; the 2.1L Turbo Syncro will remain as-is, the Scooby-Power is for the other ones. it's been on there for around 1 1/2 years and 30k miles on a mostly stock 2.1L (only meaningful changes are the 225/75/15s), which now has 150k miles on it. I am aware that one of the reasons this works so well is because the stock 2.1L Wasser is so anemic to begin with. ;-) I mean really; how many other 2.1L (or bigger) gasoline engines built on or after 1986 do you know of that have LESS power then the wasserboxer does? That list is real short for sure. This also underscores the improvement by removing the stock RESTRICTIVE air flow meter as discussed in another thread. Makes complete sense to me.
