i have a adapter that will bolt up to the AFM:

 this will allow you to eliminate your factory airbox and run 3" dia dryer
duct or PVC tube to outside the engine bay, into the right rear scoop area, and
you can put a K&N cone filter on it..    i thought about doing this..

from what someone told me, this adapter was also used on all '92-'96 Ford
Escorts, so i bet finding one would be easy.. i bought mine from eurosport.  its
for use on all Digi FI motors..
