Išve never heard of a wood stove in a westy, but one of my daughters lived in a small converted school bus (the proverbial short bus) one winter nearly Courtenay, BC, and she heated the place with a small wood stove. I donšt remember now how it was vented, but the bus was NOT moveable. I was never in the place during the winter, but she said it was quite warm. I was always worried she would die of carbon monoxide poisoning, but she survived, apparently with most of her neurons intact, as she recently completed an honors BSc in computing science!
