I don't think that it's a "threat to the community" to set some minimal standard of discourse. It's usually a "threat to the community" when each individual demands unrestrained exercise of their own self-centered individualism. Being a "community" usually means sacrificing some of our selfishness for the common good.

You're trying to make us believe that unrestrained potty talk is something noble, good, and necessary.
