I had a 70 bus in the shop about 5 years ago and the owner had installed a wood stove.I personally found it a little scary for me but they planed to go to Alaska and felt the long nights camping warranted a wood stove

I also in years past spent time mostly at Watkins glen at the races on a 53 GMC bus that had been converted to a camper that slept 10 and it also had a smalll wood stove it was smoky and hardly worth the time it took to warm the bus up but it looked real nice in the corner behind the drivers seat Bob Donalds
