Sound interesting. Could you first find from them, a schematic, or at least a flow diagram, for us to check out.

Three young guys have developed a micro processor that reads the ford data and converts it to a useful signal that the fairly outdated digifant system can use. I can hear you now politely saying that's nice but why bother. Well it seems that these three whippersnappers Also developed there own flow bench and did a little testing of the 2.1 air meter alone then added the boot and the lower part of the air filter box guess what the air flow rate dropped in 1/2 with the addition of the boot and the lower filter housing.. That alone is huge but even better the mass air flow meter can be tuned from the drivers seat and they are looking at the option to tuning itself with the aid of a wide band oxy sensor that they might offer out on loan with the purchase there unit. > I drove this to the pizza shop and was impressed both by the fact that they had a working model straight off the bench and that they adapted to the minor changes they found the unit needed as they started and tuned the van. I was also impressed with the throttle response and power off the line the van spun the tires in my dirt driveway as I taped on the pedal to get out on the street. My van did not do that before. We are arranging a time to dyno test this unit both on the stock 90 automatic van and on the Boston Bob big valve digijet race camper in the next few days > I promise to keep you posted > > > going faster miles an hour with the radio on > I remain > > Bob Donalds > Boston Engine Exchange > > all rights reserved > > >
