Bob: Is this rocket science? How much different is the Bosch system that uses the hotwire system? Heck, Volvo was using them in 1987. couldn't someone just come up with an interface? Maybe use the whole Volvo ECU? Maybe the whole system? The ECU doesn't know what engine it's on but for the signals it gets from the sensors. Maybe there is a better baseline to start from than a 1987 Volvo, though. I don't think it has any spark management (advance map). Oh, better yet: Jack up the Vanagon radiator cap, roll the whole Volvo under it. At least one listmember has done so! Al Brase
