I see the K mart / Sears merger as just a way to restructure the
Sears/K-Mart Corporate Golden Parachutes over the next two years.
I think it's cool that Martha ('The Con') Stewart made about 4 million from
increased valve in her K mart stock while she was washing her undies in
prison.
