We already have. Sears is now part of Kmart. How about that for a turn around. File BK and then come out of it and buy up a competitor as a merger. jimt Planned insanity is best. Remember that sanity is optional.

It's just a STOCK MARKET trick so the wealthy can get out of Sears and K Mart stock and once again leave the little investor with it stuck in him .................... Watch the tick for the next 30 days and you'll see all the big rats selling stock and jumping ship. They did this just before Christmas to empty their now failing retail store inventories and build the highest company value before the great exodus.
