Hi Jason,
Its a for real request, actually many folks have apparently thought about
it, I have had a few replies.
Go to West marines site and look a the heaters section. They sell a solid
fuel stove you can put in a boat that burns wood or charcoal, puts out 8000
btu.
If you camp in the cold it might be nice to heat your van with some
pinecones no?
