However, the Cali cops can give you an impromptu safety inspection if they've pulled you over for anything. They can use this, in some cases, to circumvent 'reasonable suspicion' and the need for a warrant to search your vehicle. They can also use it to nit-pick the, um, *hot place in religious mythology* out of you if you *liquid metabolic waste by-product* them off. You have been warned. : )
