Well, the VIN is Higher, so I will check #3. Replacing the other higher fuse brought the AC back. I am curious, though, since the Lighter is working, so I guess I will check it to be sure, and then start tracing wires. Got to find the red wire that is the + for the Central Locking Circuit. Maybe it needs to be replaced.
