I am thinking of buying a westy syncro for a good price. The downside is that it smells badly of smoke and petuli (sp?) oil, enough that I would not want it if it could not be removed. Does anyone have experience of this? Steam cleaning and washing all the upholstery would be fine but if all the insulation has to come out also I am not interested. Thoughts appreciated.
