I'm toying with the idea of replacing the 1.9 waterbox with another engine. I have seen VW/Audi and Subaru engines, many years ago I had a book showing how to put a chevy v-8 into a beatle (lot of work). Can anyone tell me what type of engines are easily put into a vanagon body? Without major changes to the frame. Supplier of adpter plates, motor mounts, etc.. Paul |
