It seems that my backup light switch doesn't work any more since the transmission rebuild. Is there anything that can be left out on the rebuild that might cause this to happen? From the manual, it doesn't look like there is much that can be left out and have the switch not work. Is it saft to take the switch off to check it without affecting the operation of the transmission (things falling off into the trans housing)? Just checking before I do something stupid. William |
