Why can't anyone entertain the idea that this might actually be possible with a high powered engine (which we know this van has) and a properly geared transmission? Is it just because everyone is just accustom to crawling up hills at 40mph. That 40mph is due to a 94 hp engine. Put in a 230+ hp engine and things will change. Believe me.
