Hi, Matt. The answer is yes...I just replaced mine. You pull the cluster, then on the back side of the clock, you'll see the black bulb housing, which you twist 90 degrees clockwise to remove. Mine was resistant to turning, and I was concerned that I'd break something, but I finally got it to turn. The replacement I got from my VW dealer is part # 431-919-040. I bought 3, as this is apparently used elsewhere on the dash as well. It was like $2.50 per bulb. Nice to be able to see the clock at night!
